You had a crash and you have insurance coverage
You must have authorization from the insurer. If you have coverage in your car policy, you can process it through the insurer or you can request reimbursement with the invoice that we deliver to you for the requested rent.
Your vehicle is in the motor garage
In case of NOT presenting the required documents, the car replacement fee does NOT apply in any of the cases. If you want to take your vehicle to the garage to carry out a repair, you can enjoy this benefit by presenting the repair order from the workshop.
You are waiting for your new vehicle
In case of NOT presenting the required documents, the car replacement fee does NOT apply in any of the cases. If you are waiting for your new agency vehicle and want a replacement car, you can request the benefit by presenting the agency order.
